Hailey Wagner - has moved back to Time River with hopes of healing from her recent separation / divorce. She rents a cute house not thinking of who her neighbors might be. Of course she finds Cody next door looking to help her. She’s always had a thing for Cody, but her old friend Brooke always did. Hailey has always left him at arms length because of Brooke. 

Her first day on the job who does Hailey run into? Cody. Is it kismet they are finding themselves wrapped in being close to one another? Hailey is a stable manager for one of the large ranches in the area. Cody is the landscaper will they be able to keep the distance they set for each other?

Cody, hasn’t seen Hailey in 6 yrs. Who does he find is moving in next door to his house in the middle of a thunderstorm? Hailey.  Hailey has always been off limits. Cody has always had a crush on her but has never done anything about it.
