ARC Book Review - Mountain Boss (Mountain Men #1), by S.J. Tilly
Book Rating:

Courtney just started a new job as a one site maintenance person at a mountain retreat in Colorado. She moved all the way from North Carolina to Colorado for the job. She has $200 in her bank account. She is use to living pay check to pay check, but this one is different as she gets paid at the end of the month. She isn't sure how she will survive with just eating lunch with the rest of the staff. Courtney isn't one for wildlife / outdoor life. She doesn't look where she's going. She doesn't know what wildlife might be watching her from the forest. She just hums along as she walks and works during the days.
Courtney grew up in a rv trailer with her mom, always on the move. Living in a tin can on wheels. Courtney has always made her own way never relied on anyone for anything. Now with Sterling putting locks on her door, putting railings up on her stairwell, giving her a mini fridge and food for her cabin she isn't sure what to think of the grumpy mountain man who seems to warm her heart.
Sterling Black is 46. He owns the Black Mountain Lodge and several of the camping sites nearby. He is a rugged grumpy mountain man. He doesn't want to die alone, but, he doesn't make it easy to be with anyone from town or new friendships. Sterling doesn't want to want Courtney, but, he can't stop watching her.
