ARC Book Review - Devil's Riff (Book 2 in Devil's Halo Rockstar Romance Series Michelle Windsor

Book Trope: Rocker bad boy, slow burn,

Dean Ross is the guitarist for Devil’s Halo rock band. They are currently traveling the US for the tour. He's always been a womanizer, never having more than just a hook up at every city. But, when he meets Sadie and is around her on the bus, and throughout the tour, he can't seem to stay away from her. Dean was hurt when he was younger, and stay away from anything that involves feelings now. But with Sadie he can't stay away. Dean is worried about what Sadie may / may not print about the band in the magazine. He doesn't want her to show them in a bad light. Dean isn’t cold and unfeeling. He’s wounded. He doesn’t avoid feelings because he doesn’t have them. He avoids them because he has too many.

Sadie Brooks is a photojournalist, who was sent by Amped Music assigned to shadow the band for two unfiltered months. Her job? Capture the soul of Devil’s Halo. She has feelings towards Dean, but knows she needs to stay away from him. But can they stay away from each other?  Sadie takes pictures of Dean but when she goes to look through the pictures at the end of each venue she can't bring herself to 'print' Dean's pictures, she moves them into her private folders.

I did receive a free ARC Copy of this book. I am freely leaving a honest book review.
