Book Rating:  This is the 4th book in the series. You don't need to read the others as they are stand alones. Tropes:  single dad, billionaire, age gap Ridge, loves working with his family, but also hates working for his family. Ridge is in charge of the California properties. He feels like he is torn between his home and Malibu to finish the property there and the one in Beverly Hills. He is driving all the time and sitting in traffic. Ridge has a 6 yr old with his ex, who has started school and is now in 1st grade.   Book Review Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finn is the Captain on the Capital U hockey team. He is also a senior. He loves science, he's a biochem major. He would rather be in the lab working on assignments than on the ice. But, he knows he has the scholarship to be on the hockey team, it's just helping him get through college he would be able to afford on his own.  Finn lives in the hockey house with some other players. He's always a grump. But, when he meets Charlie she helps soften him. Finn isn't sure he wants to go to the NHL, he feels like that has been his brother's calling, not so much his. He wants to be in the labs helping to find cures for illnesses - cancer's specifically.    Charlie was dating a guy, but, after the video of him in a threesome showed during their marketing class, she left him.  Charlie ran right into Finn, and they developed a frenemies-with-benefits situationship.   ARC Book Review - In the Details (Mile High Billionaires) by Julia Wolf Book Rating:  What starts off as two strangers in a backcountry road biker bar develops into much   more when they run into each other in the city. Jake Hayes likes his corporate job, but he also likes to be out in the open air riding his bike. He does have a teenage daughter, and she loves being around him.  Jake is 30, he has a great job and loves what he does. He likes being outdoors more, but likes his office job.  Clara Rossi is the CFO for  Rossi Motors. She works well with numbers and spreadsheets. She doesn't do well dating or with the male opposite sex. But, after her on and off meet ups with Jake she's surprised when he walks into her boardroom one day with his brother. This can't be the same guy who she meets up with, can it?   Book Rating  This is the 3rd book in the series. This is a  mystery/thriller romance.  Emily / Justine - winds up in a maximum security prison. The warden is dirty, and his guards are just as dirty. Emily is trying to escape, but she gets transferred to another prison instead. This new prison she needs to worry about being in gen pop with the other prisoners, not just the guards and warden.  In the 2nd book, She's Got the Money, Emily started having feelings / falling for Charge. But, that seems to have been a mistake.  Is he the reason behind her going to prison? Was that a ploy just to keep her safe?  Now Emily has been rescued by the Heroin King - Elonzo himself. Will she be able to trust him? Or will Charge try to rescue her again? Does Charge need her to continue Suite Forty-Five? Emily isn't sure who to trust, Elonzo or Charge.   Book Rating    This Book 2 picks up where book 1 left off you will need to read book 1, The Professor.  Professor William Stratford isn't Anne's professor any longer. He is involved with her assignment and now her mentor for the Tempest Prize,  which is awarded to an exceptional student in Shakespearean literature. Anne and the Professor work once a week in the library on her paper.
