ARC Book Review - Awaiting the Storm (Wildhaven #1) by Amber Kelly

  Book Rating:  There are 4 Storm girls, Maitland Storm (Matty) is the oldest and they all live and work at Wildhaven Ranch. A few years ago there mom passed away, and ever since Matt works day and night trying to keep the ranch afloat with her dad, and grandparents. The sisters all work their share also, but, Matty took on the brunt of the work, usually doing 14 hr plus days.  Matty was engaged but the first sign of trouble, he took off, and Matty didn't forgive him.  Caison Galloway grew up about 1.5 hrs away up in Jackson Hole, WY.   Book Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Luc Chabot is the hockey goalie for  Riverside U. He is a hockey god who can get any girl(s) he wants. Luc gets in trouble with his hockey coaches and needs to clean up his image a bit. The coaches are tired of Luc getting into trouble across campus with all the girls on campus.   Book Rating:  Gray Adler plays   rugby and has just been added to the Royal's roaster as a new player. Gray has a lot of anger in him. He isn't playing like he use to. He is holding himself back. But from what?  Gray has been keeping a secret for a few years and it's eating him up. He can't keep self harming himself by keeping his feelings inside like he has been. Astrid has a lot of different jobs. One of them is being a personal assistant to    Renn  who owns the Royal's Rugby team.  Renn  asks Astrid to be Gray's personal assistant - keep him on the straight and narrow. Keep him following the rules. Astrid has had a lot of pain in her life as well. She likes to keep following the rules. She likes to be in charge. Book Review - War and his Queen (Carpe Noctem Series), by Amo Jones

  Book Rating:  The Elite Kings Club (EKC) has founding families.  Halen has always been considered the princess of the group.  Daughter of the notorious Bishop Hayes. And she is a daddy's girl through and through.  She doesn't seem as rash as her brother, Priest.  She actually has a sole compared to him. She is an excellent driver, and the other kids in the groups named one of the race tracks after her. Halen and War have always had a hate / hate type relationship. They would do things just to egg the other person on.   War has a push / pull relationship with Halen. He wants to be her bully. He wants to kill. He wants to toture people. He gets off on it. He has feelings for Halen, he always wants to be with her, mainly to protect her. He doesn't think she can do it herself.  A lot of drug use and alcohol use. There is a lot going on in this book. ARC Book Review - Shadow's Protection (Hurricane Heat MC Book 1), by Chelle Bliss

  Book Rating:  Shadow is the VP for the  Hurricane Heat MC. He went to a local hotel to get the money from someone, who didn't have the money of course. During the argument between the two Violet comes in looking for a hotel room. The hotel clerk states nothing is available hoping to get her out of the hotel quickly. Which makes her ask more questions.  Violet James is moving to Tampa for a new job, as a librarian at the local high school. However, the hurricane weather has her looking for a hotel to spend the night in to ride out the storm. The hotel she stops at doesn't have any rooms, but one of the guys in front of her can't stop staring. He offers her a room at his place if she will give him a ride.
