Her agent and publisher want her to change her soft loving romance stories to change to harder romance. S** sells is what her agent and publisher tell her. That’s not what she writes. Her best friend tells her that also. Soft romance isn’t what’s ‘in’. She needs to find a different romance trope and write to that new trope.  Kitty knows the owner - Blake of the publishing house is going to be a key note speaker in a few days and she snags a ticket to go hear him.
