This is the next book in the series. You don’t need to read the previous books they are mostly stand-alone. They are inter connected though. 

Tanner is the short stop on the MLB team. He loves playing on the team with the guys and being part of the team. He has been in love with Millie since he first saw her a year ago. But Millie just pushes him away. They all hang out together with the friend group, but if Tanner moves close to her she always pulls away. 

Millie is aware of Tanner and knows he likes her. She just doesn’t want to be his next notch on his bed post. Millie wants Tanner to see her and be with her. She’s worried about all the girls that are always around that he will pick one of them. But Millie doesn’t see that Tanner just has eyes for her. 

Mille and Tanner hook up towards the beginning of the book but then Millie freaks out and kicks him out of her dorm room. When she finds out she is pregnant she doesn’t know what to do. She goes to Tanner and he is excited but he knows it will be hard. 

Will Millie be able to see Tanner has only eyes for her? Will Tanner be able to see that Millie needs help seeing those who want to be with her and want to help her? Millie is afraid he will leave her. But what will happen when he stays? Or if he stays?
