ARC BOOK REVIEW - Three Reckless Words (The Rory Brothers #3), by Nicole Snow

Steamy single dad romance 

Archer Rory is a single dad. His son Colt is 13yrs old, and is very smart, taking college summer school classes to get credits. But, his son, is also a teenager, and they like to do things they shouldn't be doing. Winnie catches Colt, and his friends her first night at the air b n b setting off fire works and Winnie calls his dad. Archer has been divorced from Colt's mom for some time, and has mostly sworn off women, until he meets Winnie. She's younger than he is about 12 yrs? But, he is instantly taken with her and her 'free' spirit so to speak. 

Winnie Emberly is the daughter of a Attorney General. She is use to high political office cabinet members being in her house while she was growing up. She doesn't want the same kind of marriage her parents had, a political one. At the beginning of the book we have Winnie leaving her own wedding in her wedding dress. She couldn't stand to be there one more second. Her fiancée she never wanted to be with him. Their parents set them up and thought they would be a good match. Winnie wanted love out of a marriage, not just a boring picture perfect marriage. 

Winnie winds up in a small town outside of Kansas City. Her air b n b she has rented has honey bees / hives on the property and she's in love. She grew up helping her grandmother with her hives. That's what Winnie wants to do is be a honey bee keeper, but that wasn't approved by her dad. But, Winnie wants to live her life, not her father's life he has planned out for her.

  Book Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lila Ferrante, grew up with everyone thinking she had the mind of a 5 year old. Her mother told everyone she was simple minded. ARC Book Review - Twisted Pawn (Society of Villains, #2) by L.J. Shen

  Book Rating:    We meet most of the same characters from Book 1, Bad Bishop. I recommend reading book 1, Bad Bishop as the characters, history are explained. Book 2, picks up where Bad Bishop leaves off.      Book Tropes:  Enemies to Lovers, Second Chance, Morally grey hero,  Obsessed , Stalker, Slow Burn.  Tierney Callaghan & Achilles  met when they were teenagers and they were mostly together dating in secret through their high school days. Tierney and  Tiernan Callaghan  are twins. They were taken as babies and raised in a Russian work camp. They both have  trauma   from that experience. Both were raised as killers and can fight with the best of them. Tierney doesn't need the bodyguards Achilles makes guard her, she's her own bodyguard.
