ARC Book Review - Bite Your Tongue (New England Bay Sharks #4), by Hannah Gray

Book Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ryder Cambridge is a NHL Hocky player on the New England Bay Shark team. He loves playing hockey for the Sharks. However, his best friend, Smith, has a hottie sister, Saylor, who he can't get the courage to talk to. He's liked her for so long. Finally when he sees her sitting all alone at a bar one night looking very sad, he goes up and talks with her. Maybe liquid courage is all that he needed.

Saylor Sawyer is a nurse at the local hospital. She grew up in the area and loves it, can't seem to want to be anywhere else, until her ex Rowan decided to end her bubble of being happy. Saylor knows she shouldn't sleep with her brother's teammates, but, they are all just super hot! Saylor has always been the fun friend, she's always outgoing, a firecracker who can't ever seem to be contained. She likes being in the middle of everyone and everything, but, she also craves the quiet and down time.

Saylor and Ryder hook up after he comes up to her at the bar. Saylor doesn't want to have a relationship. She's more of a love them and leave them type lady. Ryder wants Saylor, he's wanted her for a few years now. How can he get her to change her mind about having a repeat with him? Saylor has taken a new job down in South Carolina as a traveling nurse for 6 months, she wants to get out of her hometown and away from those who Rowan knew and judge her. But when Ryder comes around she knows she can't resist him.

Will Ryder be able to get Saylor on board with being in a relationship with him? Or will he have to settle for casual hook ups with her until she's ready? Will she ever be ready to be anything more with him?

I did receive a free ARC Copy of this book. I am freely leaving an honest review.
