ARC Book Review - Make Me Yours (Chicago Railers Hockey #1), by Jennifer Sucevic

Book Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Steele Sanderson has always wanted to play in the NHL. He loves hockey, it's the one thing he can always do. When Lilah doesn't make it to a home game, he can't concentrate on the game, he keeps wondering where Lilah is at. Can he get his head in the game? Why is her missing such a distraction for him?

Lilah and Steele have always been a constant in each other's lives, since Freshman year of College. Now Steele is a NHL hockey big shot. Lilah catches her boyfriend cheating on her one day. She doesn't have anywhere else to go, Steele offers him a spare room at his place. Lilah doesn't want to intrude on his space. Steele doesn't want her to go anywhere else, he wants to take care of her, he wants to be the one to help her with everything she needs.

When Lilah gets her feet back under herself, will she want to stay with Steele? Will Steele want her at the apartment still? When they grow closer together, will they be able to move that line from friendship to romantic? Will they be able to stay friends?
