ARC Book Review - Sweet Temptation (Love & Legacy, #1) by Bella Matthews

Lucky Beneventi who is Sam and Amelia's son lives in Kroydon Hills surrounded by all of his family, and a small town. If Lucky or anyone does anything in town it gets back to his parents or any of his family members. Lucky plays on the Kroydon Hills NFL team. He loves playing football. He's played his whole life, and can think of nothing better to do. Lucky and Lexie's brother Linc and his twin Loch have always been best friends. They are a year older than Lexie and always made school hard for her with the daily torture they did to her. 

Lexie Sinclair, Cooper and Cary's daughter, shas Cystic Fibrosis (CF). She has always been on her parents have always had to watch. She doesn't want to be the burden on the family. She wants to live her life. But, she knows with her lungs failing she doesn't have much of a choice at times about her family being around her so much. She just got back from Paris where she attended the Cordon Blue Cooking Academy the past year. Now she is moving into the house her brother Linc and Lucky live in. 


Lexie and Lucky have a love hate type relationship. Lexie has always had a crush on Lucky, but, masks it with her hate of him. Lucky has always had a crush on Lexie, but, a the age of 14 he was told by his dad and Lexie's dad she was off limits, and to not do anything with her, and to protect her. He has protected her, but being without her for the past year has been torture on him, he's missed her like crazy, and he doesn't want to let her go now that she's back in his life.
