Book Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dolly Dixon is a young woman, who is in an apartment complex with a guy friend as her roommate. She hardly ever goes out or has one night stands but her roommate is always out and always with another woman. They are great friends, have a lot in common but never had a romantic relationship.  Sutton Douglas is about 10 years older than Dolly. They met on a dating app and have been texting back and forth for a little while. Dolly agrees to meet him for a dinner date.  Sutton and his family have a dark side of their family. They are involved in some things that keep money flowing into their bank accounts.  This is a dark romance book. I think the story could have been written better. Never having enough money to spoil herself or to have any extra for herself. She does run 5 miles daily. Book Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the second book in the Tangled Hearts series. It does pick up where book #1 leaves off. You will need to read the books in order.  Holden Knight has control of Rowan’s family business. Now he is threatening to destroy it! Will Rowan be able to stop him? Or will she just play into his hands??  Rowan and Holden have a huge connection. Neither are ready to admit to that of course. Holden thinks he can use Rowan for the business side of things. But Rowan wants to just use him.  Rowan agrees to a marriage contract with Chad.
