ARC Book Review - A Million Times, Yes, by Marni Mann

Maya is a nurse at a local rehabilitation clinic. She loves being a nurse. She also takes care of her mom and her bills. Never having enough money to spoil herself or to have any extra for herself. She does run 5 miles daily. On one of her runs, she notices a guy who usually runs the same route with her about the same time also. She isn’t sure what to do with him at first. But they start talking little by little and then they go out a few times
Jordan is a retired NHL player. At 33 he’s on the young side to be retired, but his body was getting hurt and he wasn’t bouncing back from the injuries like the younger players often do. Now he is working at his family’s company heading up the sports division working on a new deal with a new sports company. He likes running in the mornings to keep up his endurance and to burn off steam.
Once he finds Maya running he needs to be around her he needs to be with her. When Maya finds out who Jordan is and who his family is she does t want anything to do with him. But when the women she been taking care of in the rehab clinic says she is his grandmother Maya can’t believe she set them up!
Will Maya be able to come to terms with who Jordan is? With who his family is? Will Jordan be able to convince Maya he wants her and he needs to be with her?
