Hennessy Belladonna is 20, just starting her sophomore year in college. She is half Peruvian and half Italian. Her uncle set her up with a scholarship to go to his alumni university, The Graves Academy in Connecticut.  Her uncle is the director of the international programs at the university. He was using her to get back into the good graces of the family by helping her further her education. Hennessy is use to the Amazon & the rainforest in her backyard. She's not use to East Coast Tree's and how populated & busy everything is on the East Coast side. Hennessy's father died when she was younger. She doesn't remember him at all. But now that she's at The Graves Academy she can't help but feel that she's been there before. She keeps having feelings of go to this door, go to this room. She's been here before but when?

Onyx Devereaux is devastatingly handsome in a rough and rugged way, with a sharp jawline honey colored eyes that grew black depending on his mood. He is part of The Blood Oath Brotherhood at Graves Academy. His family is own of the founding families of Graves Academy.  The Devereaux house is next to Hennessy's uncle's house on the Academy property, making them neighbors. Onyx isn't sure if that's good or bad for him. What secrets is Onyx hiding? Why is he choosing the Brotherhood over Hennessy? Or is he choosing it for Hennessy so she doesn't get hurt?

Quotes: Latin: "Loquere Nullam Fidem, Audi Nullas Promissiones, Vide Nullan Temptationem", English Conversion: "Speak No Claim, Hear No Promises, See No Temptation."
