Trace Bishop works as a search and rescue expert in Montana. He loves what he does. When the Marian family called and said Wolf was missing he had to go and search for him. He is the best at finding Wolfe - as he’s found him a few times when he was younger. Now that Wolfe is 30, it’s not like his dads can state he is a runaway. Trace finds Wolfe and tracks him down. But Trace is worried about what the dads - his best friends will say if he acts on his feelings to Wolfe. With Wolfe and him having a 17 yr age gap is that more reason to vault a potential romance with him? 

Wolfe Marian, he has just turned 30. He is on a quest to see what he wants out of life. What his purpose is. He sets off in a RV Van and hits to back trails with camp grounds. He finds a set of rv campers going to a few different sites across the Southwest. He falls into the group very easily. Wolfe is also hiding that he is a hidden super star. He has written several music albums as another person, a secret identity he is trying to keep hidden. But Wolfe also has a secret from his dad’s, he’s been in love with one of their best friends since he was a teenager. Will it always just be a crush between them? 

Will Trace be able to find Wolfe? Or will Wolfe run into problems before Trace can get to him?

ARC Book Review - Twisted Pawn (Society of Villains, #2) by L.J. Shen

  Book Rating:    We meet most of the same characters from Book 1, Bad Bishop. I recommend reading book 1, Bad Bishop as the characters, history are explained. Book 2, picks up where Bad Bishop leaves off.      Book Tropes:  Enemies to Lovers, Second Chance, Morally grey hero,  Obsessed , Stalker, Slow Burn.  Tierney Callaghan & Achilles  met when they were teenagers and they were mostly together dating in secret through their high school days. Tierney and  Tiernan Callaghan  are twins. They were taken as babies and raised in a Russian work camp. They both have  trauma   from that experience. Both were raised as killers and can fight with the best of them. Tierney doesn't need the bodyguards Achilles makes guard her, she's her own bodyguard.
