Rhett has always been one grumpy man, almost impossible to be around.  Lainey dated Rhett when they were in 9th grade then her family moved to NYC. Now they are juniors in high school her family has moved back. She isn’t sure if Rhett will remember her.   Book Rating:  We get to catch up with our favorite Fallen Crest characters and see where they are in life. This book has most of the 2nd generation characters in it.  Mason played for the NFL and is now retired  and moved his family back to Fallen Crest.  Once he committed to this level he tucked his beast away. He’s been hiding his monstrous side ever since.  Samantha (Sam) is married to Mason, they are high school sweethearts. An enemy from Sam and Logan's past comes back. Sam is surprised  to learn who he actually is.  Maddy is Mason & Sam's daughter. She's a lot like her dad in so many ways. Maddy likes to do what she wants.   Book Rating:  College Sports / Hockey Romance  Grayson (Grey) McNichols - plays for the college hockey team and is a senior. He has his eyes set on NHL. All he's ever wanted to do is play professional hockey. When he broke his leg and hip, he was told he would never walk without a limp. Then he was told he would never play hockey again.   Book Rating This is book #3 in the series. You will need to read the previous books beforehand.  We continue with Caleb and Margo. We find out who UNKNOWN is.  Margo is in the hospital. Her foster dad is in the ICU. The police think Caleb is the one who hurt them and kidnapped them. Which isn't true of course. Caleb is trying to find the evidence of who is doing this to Margo and the cops are treating him like the criminal.  This book seemed to have all the characters from the previous books. I had a hard time remembering who was who. It just seemed like to many characters were involved towards the end. I did receive a free ARC book copy. I am freely leaving an honest review.

He’s back in his hometown spending his break at his parents house. He lives next door to the Bardot family. He is best friends with Anthony Bardot. Anthony’s younger sister, Frankie is going to college also and is also home on Christmas Break.
