  Book Rating:  Harper Ross has taken over the family construction business after her father failed to report funds to the tax man. Harper knows that the business is in trouble, and she's trying to turn it around. Harper wants to do the construction side of the work, not the office part. Her family is very toxic, only wanting her around to help out with giving money out. Reid Dorsey and his brother  Jeremiah  have a very successful TV show which showcases   home remodels. They like doing house flipping and doing the work themselves. Reid and Harper have more of a grumpy vibe going on, they butt heads more often. Reid has doubts about Harpers work when they first start working together. But, he do look her up and finds out that she does know what she's doing.  Harper's friend Ankia, has an idea for a historical renovation.  Someone has purchased a beautiful historical home, and Harper and the Dorsey brothers are working on it to complete the renovation....

She has escaped LA for the small town of Sunnyville, to work on the songs for the next album for the artist. Usually she works with Jett, the artist, but they recently broke up and she wants space away from him. Her brother suggests going to the small town of Sunnyville and going to Grady's as he is a firefighter, and has an extra room. Dylan has been called the Jett whisperer by the record label business group. He is going to a small town to help a friend out with taking care of their cat while they are out for a 2 week vacation to Hawaii.  Dax isn't a relationship type person. He is a one and done type person. He and relationships don't mix.  Fiona is  an FBI agent. Fiona meetx Dax in the middle of a robbery. She is on the good side of the law, while Dax is more in the 'grey' area. Fiona is on leave for a month taking a vacation. Dax is instantly smitten with Fiona when they meet.  Fiona is more of a runner, she's not so much into relationships either. Fiona winds up with Dax in her corner as well as a few of the small town folks helping her out / cheering her on.  I did receive a free ARC Book Copy of this book.
